Sleep, eat, relax, eat, chill, eat some more…

Lisa and I woke up around 11am (8am PST), while the kids woke up around noon. Lisa and I ended up meeting Jen and John for lunch at the Lebanese restaurant called Habibi. It was very good.

We had some yummy dishes, as well as some Turkish coffee. The kids ended up making their way to Tavola (Italian) again. Here they are dining on their own.

After lunch, the kids and adults spent some time at the arcade.

I ended up heading to the pool by The Grill restaurant. The kids went to the water park to ride the waterslides and lazy river.

They all ended up meeting me at the Grill Pool, where we spent the rest of the day until the sunset. It’s pretty cool with the swim up bar.

It felt like we had the pool to ourselves.

I ended up going to the gym to work off some of the food that I’ve been eating. It’s been a little better than Paris in that I’ve been eating a lot like I did in Paris, but the difference is, I’ve been able to exercise here. We’ve also been walking around the resort grounds, rather than shuttling around. So much so, that over the past few days, I’ve done 11000, 14000, 18000 steps over the past 3 days. So not bad at all!
Here’s Connor waiting for us in the courtyard before heading out for dinner.

Dinner was at a contemporary Mexican restaurant called Casa Mia. This was by far, at least for me, the most disappointing meal. I didn’t really like anything that we had this evening. On the other hand, this was Tammy’s favourite meal. Different strokes for different folks!

We concluded the night in the games room again playing Big Two, and some other games.

While the boys watched the Canucks beat the Avs 3-1!

They’re preparing for their busiest time of the year, so all their Christmas decorations are already up.

We went to the Boulangerie before bedtime to get some crepes, and then finally called it an evening. That was our day!
Until tomorrow!
