Painting…

As mentioned in my previous blog post, yes, the stairs project has kick me in the butt, and gotten me going on other projects.

Case in point… painting. Sadly, I forgot to take before photos of the downstairs bathroom… but it was pretty terrible. So I started on that one.

After that, I moved to the living room. The daunting task with this one was the ultra high ceilings in that room, but that just took some careful scaling of a ladder and a lot of time.

Here are some photos prior to starting… The first photo is really noticeable on the far wall…

And of course some photos after. Hard to really tell, other than it definitely feels a lot cleaner.

Oh yes, an the new above fireplace mantle TV wall mount… it’s pretty cool!
