Travel day home..

The worst day of the trip, but that’s ok. We have to keep thinking.. first world problems! Our day started off around 8am. Our disembarkation pamphelt said to be at our designated areas by 8:30, but I know all there was was a lot of waiting. Especially since our disembark time isn’t till 10:10am. I got up first and went to get coffee and bagels for breakfast since the cafes were supposed to be closed by 8:30. The kids, of course, would not wake up even though we were making a racket and all the lights were on.

My parents friends were already hanging out in their room waiting for us. So we all rolled into the pub to wait for our time. This is the worst part of the cruise! too bad we have to leave our room so early even though we don’t disembark for another couple of hours.

It’s all very organized though. When we disembarked, our luggage was waiting patiently. We outside and it was all pretty organized. My lyft ride came fast, but Wes’ took another 15 min after us. I felt bad because one of my mom’s friends had to wait in the cold!

We got into the airport pretty early so we couldn’t check in yet. We killed a couple of hours having lunch and playing cards, then it was time to check in our luggage.

Good thing we had lounge access – a bit more comfortable, better internet, and pop for the kids. Our flight has already been delayed 2 hours already! But our flight took off and we got home safe and sound. Thanks for another good trip!
